Andrii Kapura

Andrii has been practicing law for over 20 years focusing on the criminal defense of clients in the most sophisticated criminal proceedings; providing comprehensive protection of business; advising on complicated disputes in cases of various categories in courts of all types across Ukraine, and resolving regulatory issues.

Andrii's unique practical experience in criminal defense is evidenced by his acting as a defense lawyer in several high-profile criminal proceedings, in which the European Court of Human Rights issued basic decisions in cases against Ukraine, which are used by Ukrainian courts to create case law based on the key principles of criminal law and procedure.

In addition to practicing law, for a lengthy period Andrii was holding the office of the deputy mayor of a large regional city in Ukraine, where his competence included, in addition to supervising the legal department, managing key and most challenging spheres of the city’s economy: architecture, construction, transportation, land.

Andrii's vast practical and managerial experience in synergy with in-depth legal expertise and extensive business connections guarantee his client the effective legal protection of their rights and interests through the use of all available legal mechanisms and efficient tools for GR and PR activities.
