Vladyslav Zhabskyi

Co-Managing Partner; attorney

Vladyslav has more than 18 years of practical experience and specializes in issues of comprehensive legal protection of businesses in Ukraine: tax issues, defense in criminal proceedings for economic crimes, support of complex court and arbitration disputes, and bankruptcy.

Due to the synergy of extensive practice in leading Ukrainian law firms and the skills acquired by him as an inspector at the Business Ombudsman Council, Vladyslav is an expert in efficient solving of legal issues that domestic businesses have to deal with.

In particular, over the most recent four years as an inspector at the Business Ombudsman Council Vladyslav has run over 500 investigations into business complaints.

As the result of such investigations businesses saved over UAH 400 million; dozens of criminal proceedings were closed; business entities got permits and licenses they applied for; business-specific multiple complex tax issues were successfully resolved; multiple companies resumed normal operations; some pressure by local businesses seized to exist; measures addressing corporate raiding in various forms were taken; etc.

Before joining the Business Ombudsman Council, for over ten years Vladyslav was advising on the most sophisticated cases within a dispute resolution team at leading law firms, including a top Ukrainian law firm Sayenko Kharenko and an international law firm Beiten Burkhardt.

High professionalism, diverse experience, in-depth knowledge and skills make Vladyslav an unparalleled advocate of the interests of local businesses in Ukraine.
