Nataliia Konovalova

At LBASE, Nataliia Konovalova holds the position of HR Generalist. She is responsible for talent acquisition, employee engagement, and onboarding of new team members.

Within her role, she organizes recruitment processes, conducts interviews, supports newcomers during the adaptation period, and contributes to creating a comfortable and productive work environment.

Nataliia has experience ranging from Recruiter to HR Business Partner roles, as well as more than five years in management and team leadership, which enables her to combine a deep understanding of team needs with a systematic approach to personnel management and support of the company’s business functions.
