Oleksii Zhytynskyi
As a representative of a new generation of legal professionals shaping a modern legal approach and bringing innovative thinking to the LBASE team, Oleksii is characterized by high motivation, openness to new ideas, flexibility in decision-making, and a strong commitment to continuous professional development.
Although Oleksii is at an early stage of his professional career, he has a solid academic background in international, criminal, and procedural law, as well as in anti-corruption legislation and compliance, forming a strong theoretical foundation for practical application.
Before joining LBASE, Oleksii gained practical experience through internships at leading Ukrainian law firms within White-Collar Crime and Dispute Resolution practices, as well as at the National Agency on Corruption Prevention, where he was involved in analyzing complex legal issues and working with regulatory acts.
Among Oleksii’s achievements are a Presidential Academic Scholarship of Ukraine, victory in a competition for the best academic paper in international law, participation in international educational programs and moot court competitions. He is also the author of several academic publications on procedural, criminal, civil, constitutional, and international law.
His proactive attitude, structured thinking, attention to detail, and systematic approach enable Oleksii to perform tasks efficiently and on time, apply acquired knowledge in practice, and ensure high-quality results that contribute to his professional growth and the development of the LBASE team.
