BUSINESS CONTINUITY DURING MOBILIZATION: HOW EMPLOYERS CAN MANAGE WORKFORCE RISKS

On April 14, LBASE lawyer Tetiana Vovchuk spoke as a speaker at a webinar dedicated to managing workforce risks during mobilization

The event was held on the Академія LIGA ZAKON platform in cooperation with the Ukrainian Compliance Association

During the webinar, some of the most sensitive issues for businesses today were discussed — interaction with Territorial Recruitment and Social Support Centers (TCCs) and the impact of mobilization processes on companies’ operations

In particular, the following topics were covered:

– how to properly build communication with TCCs and act in complex situations

– risks for businesses related to employees being wanted by TCCs

– how military medical commissions (VLC) and employee reservation affect workforce stability

– common mistakes companies make and how to avoid them

– practical steps to prepare a business for mobilization challenges

– approaches to protecting company interests in interactions with state authorities

The main focus was not on theory, but on practical solutions that already help businesses minimize risks and act confidently even in a complex legal environment.
