LBASE AT NATIONAL COMPLIANCE FORUM 2026
On March 31, Co-managing Partner of LBASE and Head of the Business Protection Committee at the Ukrainian Compliance Association — Vladyslav Zhabskyi — spoke at the National Compliance Forum 2026.
During his speech, Vladyslav addressed one of the key issues for businesses today — how to communicate effectively with public authorities
In particular, he presented practical frameworks for interaction with:
– tax authorities
– law enforcement agencies
– courts
— with a focus on how to act in a structured, well-reasoned, and low-risk manner
The forum also provided an opportunity to discuss the development of compliance in Ukraine with colleagues — not only as a control function, but as a real tool for protecting business and ensuring its stability
The National Compliance Forum 2026 became a platform for dialogue between business, experts, and the state, focusing on real challenges and practical solutions in the field of compliance
