BUSINESS SECURITY: HR ISSUES CONSIDERING THE MOBILIZATION ASPECT
On February 3, an event organized by the Business Protection Committee of the Ukrainian Compliance Association took place, dedicated to a topic that concerns almost every company today:
“Business Security: HR Issues in Light of Mobilization”
The event was moderated by Vladyslav Zhabskyi, Head of the Business Protection Committee of the Ukrainian Compliance Association and Co-Managing Partner at LBASE.
Mobilization is far more than individual draft notices.
It is about workforce stability, managerial decisions, and risks that businesses must be able to anticipate and minimize.
During the event, Tetiana Vovchuk, lawyer at LBASE, shared practical insights and real-life cases regarding:
– common mistakes made by persons liable for military service and their consequences
– key actions that should be reviewed right now (a concise, no-nonsense checklist)
– the operation of the “Reserve+” application and practical nuances of being removed from the wanted list
A lively discussion, applied questions, and a strong focus on practice once again confirmed that awareness of mobilization processes today is not an option but a necessity for business.
